High Mountain Massage

We offer a range of massage therapies and bodywork choices in southern Vermont's Mt. Snow valley, bringing balance to your emotional, physical and spiritual being. Schedule a session with us today!

Our massage room is cozy and private while offering a tranquil view of the Deerfield River.  All sessions are private, with respect, and your personal information is confidential, between you and your therapist. A typical massage session consists of a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Passive Joint Manipulation/Sports massage.

Couples massage available.  Set-up  fee of $20 applies.

Invigorating strokes that facilitate the return of bodily fluids to the heart, thereby loosening muscles, cellulite and congested lymph areas. Great for everybody!

Bodywork characterized by firm, constant compressions and stroking of the musculature intended to bring consciousness to the skeleton by freeing the muscles of chronic tension.

Uses movement to release tension in the muscles and tendons to obtain a wider range of motion.  PJM "re-informs" our nervous system to the variety of movement available to us.

A massage for pregnant women. A Swedish massage with pregnancy pads and loving intention toward the new being inside, while nurturing the blossoming mom. Offered in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters.

Patricia has been practicing massage & bodywork in the Mt. Snow valley for over 2 decades.  Her intentions are to assist people in attaining a pain free sense of well being and harmony, while holding a safe place for them.
